A Farewell Film by Robert Cane
On Tuesday 16 January 2024, former Exit Director Rob Cane will die in Switzerland.
|
Rob came to Switzerland last week because the process of an assisted death in this country is simple, effective and humane.
|
Rob did not want to wait around at home in Melbourne until he 'qualified' to die. That is, until multiple doctors confirmed that he was likely to die within 6 months (the legal requirement).
|
Rob recorded this short film for the Exit community on Saturday 13 January. His words speak for themselves.
