DOS Attack
Last weekend, Exit’s two main websites (Exit International and the Peaceful Pill Handbook) experienced a DOS attack which made the sites operate super slow, and in some cases fail to load.
This occurred at the same time that we sent last week’s Exit Internationalist newsletter.
The exact cause and who was behind the attack is unknown. It is not uncommon for the causes to go unknown. Be that as it may, the perpetrators could also be those hostile to Exit’s aims and objectives.
Either way, the attacks were successfully defeated.
What is most important is that the sites withstood the attack, and our strict security measures meant that good triumphed over evil.
We want to let all readers know the reason for the slow down and to reassure everyone that things are now as they were, only better!

See you in Monaco
As a country well known for the good life, it may be surprising to see Exit’s Founder, Dr Philip Nitschke, speaking at a conference on longevity.
The SIP Conference is Philip’s second year of contribution and he looks forward to discussing why planning for the end of life can make you live longer and happier in the meantime.
At Exit, this is one of the key drivers in our workshop program. Once older people have the knowledge they need, they can stop worrying and get on with living their best lives.
If you are passing through Monaco this month you are invited to join us for Philip's presentation on the 'Ethics and Logistics of Assisted Dying'
